This program equips Black women and girls with the financial tools, entrepreneurial skills, and connections they need to make bold moves and secure their futures. From budgeting basics to launching a business, “Boss Moves” is all about cultivating economic freedom and independence.

The Glow Up: A Wellness & Holistic Health Journey
“The Glow Up” is all about helping Black women and girls radiate from the inside out by focusing on their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This program offers everything from mindfulness practices to fitness and nutrition, empowering participants to prioritize self-care and live their best, most balanced lives.

We offer a comprehensive range of workshops tailored specifically for companies seeking to enhance the experiences of their employees who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, Arab, Pacific Islander, and/or other women of Color. These transformative initiatives are available to all members, corporate partners, and corporate sponsors at a discounted rate or free of charge.
Our workshops cover various essential topics, including DEI, identity, authenticity in the workplace, leadership skills for womxn of color, mental wellness, professional development, and more.
