    Mission: To cultivate a new generation of Black women leaders who lead with authenticity, cultural awareness, and a commitment to social justice.

    Target Audience: Black girls and women (ages 14+) from diverse backgrounds, including students, early-career professionals, and community leaders, who aspire to leadership roles or are already leading but seek to enhance their skills and impact.

By connecting them with mentors who reflect their identities and aspirations, this program provides guidance, inspiration, and resources to help participants build confidence and a clear vision for their futures.

    Mission: To empower Black girls to dream boldly, achieve their goals, and become leaders in their communities and beyond.

    Target Audience: Black girls ages 12-18 who are seeking guidance, inspiration, and support to pursue academic, personal, and career goals.
